Top 10 Animated Movies Coming Out in 2015

Preview of the best animation genre movies for 2015 - which looks to be a great year for animated movies and all-genre movies alike

Animated movies have long been the family movie genres sweetest friend, as families- including those of all ages (children, teenagers and adults) flood to cinemas in the masses to see the latest Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks animation flicks which have a magical essence which cannot be replaced by any other film genre.

Looking back at 2014, we saw some brilliant additions to the animation genre, with the likes of How to Train Your Dragon 2 (continuing where the first left off, following a young boy, Hiccup, and his dragon companion, Toothless in a world where dragons are now man's best friend and Vikings rule the lands), The Lego Movie (story following Emmet, an ordinary Lego construction worker, identified as special and the key to saving the Lego universe), and Big Hero 6 (story following inflatable robot Baymax, Hiro Hamada and a group of friends to form a band of high-tech heroes). And these were just a few of the 'animated' greats that we saw release in 2014.

Now, in 2015 it seems to be set to be another great year for animated movies, as Walt Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks, Blue Sky Studios, Illumination Entertainment and other studios have all got a mind-blowing, highly-anticipating set-to-release animation movies which are due to come out in 2015.

The line up below of animation preview trailers is a mix of what we believe to be the most exciting trailers (based on our viewings), and from our early speculation of what we believe has the best shot of commercial success. However, remember that this list is based more on the excitement, thrills and laughs that we (here at Augustus Worth) got from watching the trailers that you can now watch down below.
